The Urban Tech Design team work with both builders and home owners to create and design, or review and refine, home building plans. Backed by over 30 years in the residential construction industry, our team have the experience and expertise to ensure your plans are appropriate, correct, compliant and practical.
We’ve been helping form and shape homes of the future for bespoke, custom and volume-build companies, as well as for brand new or very experienced home owners who want to be able to confidently understand and examine their plans and contracts before they sign contracts to the build.
Your initial consultation is free of obligation and cost, and will provide both yourself and us an insight into what you aim to achieve, your budget requirements and how your home plans meet the legal requirements placed upon it by local, state and federal government building regulations and laws. And because our team specialises in concept design, town planning, working drawings and quality control checking, all design improvement suggestions and alterations will be fully integrated into the planning and building process.
